NSW Farm Dam Survey

Water availability remains highly variable across NSW.

• Many parts of central, southern, and western NSW have low farm dam levels, at 0-20% of their capacity.
• When compared to previous Updates, improvements in farm dam levels can be seen in the Northern Tablelands, Hunter, the South East and parts of Western NSW.
• Levels have declined in the North West, central and southern NSW compared to previous updates.
• The farm dam assessment was not possible for some parts of NSW due to missing data.
