School Excursions and Student Engagement

Yanco Ag Institute supports school education events in coordination with the Education Team. For more information regarding co-ordination and planning of schools visits contact the  Education Team and teaching resources.

Careers in agriculture

Yanco may undertake student internships and can collaborate with tertiary students on project based tasks across a broad range of fields including digital agriculture, chemistry, entomology, plant pathology and animal behaviour. Yanco Ag Institute and its partner agency LLS, conduct direct industry information and outreach activities.

This includes :

• Farms of the Future producer education program which provides advisory and grants to ag tech on farms (commencing 2023). Learn more about the program and resources  here
