The 2014 Fishers for Fish Habitat Forum was held in the Central West city of Dubbo.
Recreational fishers from across NSW joined Department staff, natural resource managers, environment groups and other fish focused individuals to share stories and learn about how to make more fish, naturally.
The event kicked off on Friday afternoon 22 August at Club Dubbo (West Dubbo Bowls Club). A Forum dinner on Friday night was a great opportunity for Forum participants to get to know each other. The field trip on Saturday morning included river rehabilitation in action and gave participants a chance to get their hands dirty. Lunch back at the Forum venue before wrapping up and ending at approximately 2 PM on Saturday 23 August.
